GoPro Hero 2 HD Road Cycling Tenerife Teide Vilaflor

Cycling down the TF21 from the beginning of the Teide National Park down to Vilaflor. This is the first part of a 2 part decent down the TF21, it gives you a good idea of the number of switch back and a real appriciation of the lack of cars. I think I counted more cyclists in the video. Speeds are something in the region of 70kph / 43 mph. The road surface is perfect, generally very good. The second part of the TF21 after Vilaflor is slightly better quality and can be seen in part 2.
