The purpose of this unprecedented event is to inspire individuals to become champions of social progress. Paul Walker was posthumously awarded in the Disaster Relief category for his charity ROWW, (Reach Out World Wide) a network of professionals with first responder skill-sets who augment local expertise when natural disasters strike in order to accelerate relief efforts. His brother Cody, who stepped in to run ROWW after his brothers tragic death, accepted the award on his behalf. The award was presented by Tyrese Gibson and Michele Rodriguez
