Police officer tries to pepper spray maskless man on train ’for resisting arrest’

Police arrested a rail passenger after he refused to wear a facemask claiming he had a medical condition. Passengers on public transport in England are required by law to wear a mask, or face a £100 fine, unless they have a medical condition which prevents them from doing so. The incident, which occurred on a Wirral line service at Lime Street Station in Liverpool, was filmed by other passengers.
