Ukrainian diplomatic efforts were changed to endless ultimatums – Lavrov

During his speech following CSTO Council of Foreign Ministers meeting, Sergey Lavrov stated that any peace efforts without Russia are doomed to failure as well as ultimatums from the Ukrainian side. He pointed out that the only realistic resolution of the conflict is Putin’s peace proposal.
