Jogger Gets Bitten by Dog (Pit Bull) Собака напала на прохожего (“Питбуль“)

This runner was just running along and got attacked and bit by a large dog, this is the entire video of that encounter. I don’t know if this dog was in full on attack mode or just wanted to bite him a few times, the runner did in fact get bit by the dog but the dog didn’t seem super aggressive or in serious attack mode, but look at the body language and the tail and tell me what you think. the runner did in fact walk away with a couple minor injuries, he didn’t press any charges against the owner but the owner was clearly not able to control her dog, the dog not only attacked and bit the runner but also went after other people that were on the street, this was a very scary and very close call and could have been much worse. a couple of weeks after this happened the woman moved out of the apartment on that block. the police were called and they investigated but as far as I know the owner did not press any charges.
