Mein Hut der hat drei Ecken (kanadische Variationen auf der Ukulele)

This is an old German folk song attributed to Niccolò Paganini. The lyrics are simple and simply translated in English: My hat, it has 3 corners. Three corners has my hat. And if my hat would not have 3 corners, then it would not be my hat. It just so happens I have my own tricorn (3 cornered hat!). I play against the backdrop of the Brandenburg Gate, the Berlin Wall, and then modern Berlin. I plan on visiting Berlin in June 2011 so this song is my tribute with photos from “Goschi“ from the 1st German Ukulele Club. Nur Mut! Cheer up!
