Remarks by PM Lee Hsien Loong at the 16th Pacific Alliance Summit

PM Lee Hsien Loong’s pre-recorded remarks at the 16th Pacific Alliance Summit, which took place in Bahía Málaga, Colombia. At the summit, the Singapore-Pacific Alliance Free Trade Agreement (PASFTA) was signed by Minister for Trade and Industry Gan Kim Yong and his counterparts from the Pacific Alliance. With the signing of the PASFTA and the Pacific Alliance-Singapore joint declaration, Singapore became the first Associate State of the Pacific Alliance.
