“Take Me Home“ is a song by the band Black Sabbath. It is an outtake recorded during the sessions for the last album “13“ (2013) and appears on the EP “The End“ (2016). The first mention of this song was in November 2013, 5 months after the release of the album “13“, and it was titled “Hanging By a Thread“. The lyrics were written by Geezer Butler, and are inspired by his feelings and thoughts about the lymphoma that Tony Iommi was diagnosed with at the time.
