A STEP with at least two risers on each side is recommended - use a higher STEP and heavy KB to make it more challenging. I use a 10 lb KB for the purposes of filming but I would recommend a 15 lb KB if you’ve been working out for a while. 15 moves, 45/15. This is one of my absolute favorite workouts! Hope you enjoy!
