Walkthrough part 44. Jill meets up with Carlos and they take the Chopper and leaves Raccoon City. As they fly off the missile is approaching and blows up Raccoon City. Jill and Carlos are then seen flying away to the horizon. Afterwards, a voice is telling that the President and the Federal Council passed judgement over Raccoon City and executed bacillus-terminate operation as the best course of action for the extreme situation. Afterwards, the Credits starts.
