Ice Bath Cold Exposure Therapy - Cold Immersion Tub
First ice bath of the year for 2022. I took a few days off after doing a 31 day in a row cold exposure run. It’s good to let your adrenals and your dopamine baseline to reset by taking some time off instead of going every day.
We went on a ski trip for a couple days and the tub froze quite a bit. My kid was really wanting to break that ice. The water temp was just above freezing but it didn’t feel too bad after taking a few days away from it.
