Nordic Wild Forest Mushrooms I Chanterelles and Boletus Soup
We picked fresh mushrooms from the forest in Finland. Rich flavors of the Nordic wild forest with this delicious mushroom soup.

RECIPE AND INGREDIENTS
1 onion.
veg oil 100ml
Fry the onion for 5-7 minutes.
2 carrot.
We rub on a grater.
Add carrots.

Cook covered for 10 minutes over medium heat.
4 potatoes.
Add potatoes.
Fry the potatoes 5-8 for minutes.
Water 2L
Cook covered for 20 minutes over medium heat.
preboiled mushrooms 1kg
add mushrooms
preboiled whole wheat 500g
add whole wheat
add salt 1tbsp
mixing
Cook covered for 50 minutes over medium heat.
The soup is ready!
add sour cream to get a creamy rich taste and enjoy the rich wild mushroom soup!
