If you like a spicier dish try sriracha mayo, simply mix sriracha and mayo! ;) Ingredients Rice bowl: 200g of Rice / 1cup 1tsp sugar 1tsp salt 2tsp rice vinegar Samon Marinade: 1 piece of salmon ~ 120g 1 1/2 tbsp lime juice (20ml) 1 1/2 tbsp sesame oil (20ml) 2 tsp mirin (10ml) 2tsp rice vinegar 10ml 3tsp soy sauce 40ml Toppings: Pickled Carrot Pickled cabbage 1/4 Cucumber 1/2 Avocado 3tsp crushed nuts Shredded seaweed 2tsp Sesame Seeds & Mayo!
