Hip thrust is a very similar exercise to a Glute Bridge but it is performed with our shoulders on a bench or a chair rather than our shoulders on the floor. It allows us to use heavier weight than GB and ultimately build greater muscle mass in our booty! Everyone should include this challenge in their booty routine!
