“You’re better than Knopfler!“ Rare praise from audience gets me through the busking day 9/10/19

I played this song a lot in 2019 over six months. After about the first 3 plays, I started to do my own thing and improvise as much as possible to fill those vocal holes. Every take I do is different. This guy at the end of the song 6:10, a Dire Straits fan, talked to me and gave me a nice compliment. It’s not often anyone even stops to listen or tip, so this is a very rare event and a little thing like this makes the other 99% of the audience apathy worth it.
