This is the first time I do my yoga practice in English but since I started reading a book “English for Yoga“ I need more real practice so will create more videos like that that might be also helpful for those who are interested in yoga. This is a short yoga practice that is good to do any time of the day when you feel that your body needs to move. Like, share, subscribe and have a good time during the practice! ▪️▪️▪️ All exercises are suggested for a healthy person without any restrictions for sport activities. Keep track of your feelings, you should not have any discomfort during the exercises.
