Flat Earth & The Sun’s Diameter - Debunk The Funk #2

According to the majority of Flat Earth models, the Sun is assumed to be relatively close to the Earth, and moves along a circular path above us. For this to be true, the Flat Earth Sun *must* change apparent size in the sky throughout the day. it? In this second episode of Debunk The Funk, we aim to do exactly what Flat Earth enthusiasts ask everyone to do: We “test it out“. Using only easy to acquire items (and cheap, too), we measure the apparent size of the Sun throughout the day. Let’s see if the Flat Earth model holds up when compared to empirical evidence. Debunk The Funk is a series aimed at both exploring claims and their evidence (or lack thereof), along with developing critical thinking skills involved with logical arguments. The world needs critical thinkers... ...Make sure you’re one of them!
