“Arthur Currie, The Victoria Years 1894-1914“ a film by Eric Tolman

Arthur Currie has been regarded as one of the greatest military commanders in Canadian History and his victories in Europe from 1914-1918, especially his success at Vimy, were exemplary. However, little is known of his militia days in Victoria and his financial struggles which would play a role in the shaping of the man he would later become on the battlefields of Europe. This film focuses on the 20 year period Currie spent in Victoria from 1894-1914.
