Wild Mushroom on Toast with Shaved Truffle

We’re transporting you back in time to when Jamie had just turned 30 and took a birthday road trip through Italy. Most of it made it’s way onto TV but this little gem, where Jamie hunts for wild mushrooms and truffles, has just found its way out of the time vaults.
