Day 2 Home Workout Challenge // Leg Workout (No Equipment)
It’s leg day!!! Day two of my 7 day home workout challenge is all about creating strong, lean legs. We’re targeting the hamstrings, quads, glutes and calves with these lower body exercises. No weights, no problem - it’s all body weight moves in this one. Let’s do it!!
Workout Breakdown:
3 lower body circuits x 3 rounds each. 30s work 10s rest
