The Making of Portrait Embroidery🧵 — Blackpink Lisa ❤️

Hi everyone, this is Winnie 😊 I took a commission for making a portrait of Lisa for a birthday gift, the reference picture is beautiful, but it was not so easy to make it into embroidery. In this video I showed my working progress from start to finished. I was not satisfied with my first drawing, and I had to draw it again. I used only horizontal stitches for the face area, and spend a lot of time for the eyes. The clothes and the flowers part were fun, not so much for the hair... Finally added some eyelashes using silk thread, because the cotton thread is too thick. It’s challenging but I’m happy with the result.
