Making a foam Combat Helmet from Fallout 4

Here is the last of the four helmets proposed for my Fallout 4 cosplay, the Combat Armor Helmet. It was the most difficult of the 4 I made to figure out, with all the overlays and little pieces. For this build I used 10 mm, 6 mm, 3 mm and 2 mm EVA, 24 mm, 18 mm, and 6 mm EVA Dowels, contact cement, super glue, Plasti Dip, spray paint and some Plaid FX acrylic paints. You may also need the following tools: heat gun, a Dremel with various bits, wood burner and xacto knife or box cutter.
