Drex’s Tech Poi Blog #388: Kate’s inside stall combo

By request from my friend Deejay--he ran across a video of a recap from a class taught by Kate McCoy at last year’s Kinetic Fire Festival () and wanted to know how the first combo she demonstrates in it works. It’s actually just a series of inspin stalls alternating between together opposites and split-time same direction. I break it out here in both wheel and wall plane so you can see the intricacies of how this move works.
