Paul Dedieu-Péters: Valse-Caprice,

The composer died in 1899, apart from that he fell into obscurity and there is not much information left about him. While this piece certainly does not reinvent the wheel, it is a nice and not too difficult to play charming little valse piece with some nice melodies and things. For my taste it is a little bit too repetitive but otherwise it’s fine.
