Finger locks of TenShin Aikido - Oya Yubi Dori into Shihonage #takingaikidoback

Lenny sly sensei of the #roguewarriors training compound show us another #aikido technique on how to do aikido Yubi dori. In this TenShin aikido lesson Sly sensei teaches us Oya Yubi Dori (thumb grab). This aikido basic technique starts off with a katate dori wrist grab. From there sly sensei applies Oya Yubi Dori and then transitions into a sankyo wrist lock and then throws his uke into a shihonage variation.
