Welcome to this 18 Minute Pregnancy Pilates Workout! This prenatal sequence is suitable for pregnant women at any stage of their pregnancy - no matter if first, second or third trimester.
Each exercise will last 30 seconds, followed by a 10-second break so you can catch some breath and prepare yourself for the next movement. If you need extra breaks, feel free to pause this video and continue whenever you are ready again.
This prenatal workout strengthens your back, legs, booty, arms, and chest. The exercises were selected to keep your body pain-free and strong during pregnancy. You won’t need any equipment and can do the workout from home or any other location.
