LIVING on a CANAL BOAT in Winter - The Best Moments Episode 88 - inspired by nature

The best thing I love about living off grid on a narrowboat in winter, is the wonderful nature, wildlife, and the snow. How do I keep warm on my small floating home? I have a small wood burner, which is sufficient to keep my boat cosey and warm. Onboard I can get hot shower, but on special occasions I relax in a hot bath of bubbles! It can be very challenging living on a canal boat, but the benefits such as, the beautiful surrounding nature, wildlife, picture postcard scenery, and all that tranquility and calmness of the canal water out weighs any negatives. In my mindfulness moments of doing nothing, creative ideas arise from the stillness, and I take to producing some new music for my videos. A reminder to feed the birds! My bird feeder at the front of the boat is attracting many of our feathered friends, including the Robin who bring messages, and they’re all grateful for the food!
