Welcome to the 30day Flexibility Challenge! This is a beginner friendly stretching practice which is all about how to get Splits (front/ side) and increase your flexibility focusing on the legs and hips. Whether or not your primary goal is to become more flexible, I would recommend you try this one at least 3 times a week, and you will feel much more relaxed physically, mentally, and energetically.
