Testing the OSIRIS-REx Spacecraft’s Asteroid Sampling Arm

Over a month-long period beginning Oct. 17, 2018, the OSIRIS-REx team conducted a series of tests to ensure that TAGSAM, the spacecraft’s sampling mechanism, is ready to collect a sample from Bennu in 2020.
