Britain’s Romanian ‘homeless and hungry’ beggar scam, operating in Loughton, Brecon and other places

In many places, beggars appear with identical cardboard signs, all claiming to be homeless and hungry. This is an organised racket which ties in with sellers of the Big Issue.
