In this video, I compare my cheapest tent to my two most expensive tents. If you’re new to wild camping, there is a HUGE range of tents for you to consider, so I am showing you three different tents at three different price points here. Some tents out there are capable of covering all bases from summer to winter, sheltered spots to exposed locations, but in time, you will find that having at least two tents will allow you to benefit from the trade-offs of your tents’ compromises. The main compromises (from a performance stance) are weight, size and their ability to withstand harsh weather, and of course cost will heavily influence your decision too.
