Гимнастика. REDUCE HIP DIPS IN 3 WEEKS 🔥 BOOTY TRANSFORMATION CHALLENGE
This is workout 2 of 3 of my Booty Transformation Challenge 🔥 In this workout we will focus on our Glute Med (commonly known as the “Side Booty“). We will be using a Booty Band to increase the intensity of the workout. It’s up to you to decide what resistance you will use (I personally like to use a medium booty band when performing side booty exercises). Feel free to use more or less! 🙂
