What the Hell is a 73 Ford Econoline Van that Jeff Rademan inherited from his uncle that use to build custom ice boat racers. This custom van was built to tow the ice boats to lakes and then out west to race on the flats. Named “What the Hell“ as many who see it at shows look at it and say, What the Hell?
