Israel is facing mounting international criticism over its plans to launch a ground operation in Gaza’s southernmost city Rafah. As the Israeli military intervention looms, Palestinians in Rafah previously designated a safe zone, are dealing with a severe humanitarian crisis and the problem of having nowhere else to go.
