Dolan poses the question: Are UK Civil Servants institutionally left wing, and working against the will of the British people? Mr Bloom feels that rather than left or right wing, it is a deep rooted alliance to Statism which has Civil Servants behaving as they are. The dont want Brexit, they dont want to remove illegal immigrants, they want bigger and bigger government, bigger state control. Godfrey Bloom likens UK Civil Servants to ’black mould’ - they cannot be sacked and the number of civil servants in the UK just keeps growing and growing.
