#3. The Sufficiently General Theory of Governance | Mikhail Velichko
All processes in Creation can be described as processes of governance or self-governance.
This course presents a first of its kind: a theory of governance, sufficiently general in terms of universality of application, hence: the sufficiently general theory of governance (the SGTG).
The SGTG provides a novel terminological apparatus which can be used to describe all processes in Creation — from the global historical process to a child riding a bicycle around a puddle.
The entire function of governance is a stage-by-stage description, from start to finish, of any process of governance flowing in Creation. The first 3 stages were covered in the previous lectures of this course: 1) Discernment of a factor of the environment that puts pressure, causing the need for governance; 2) creation of stereotype for detection of factor in the future. 3) setting of objectives in relation to the factor.
