Bosko, the Talk-Ink Kid is a 1929 animated short film created to sell the Bosko cartoon series. The film was never released in theaters and was therefore not seen by a wider audience until the 2000 Cartoon Network television special Toonheads: The Lost Cartoons. Bosko is a cartoon character created by animators Hugh Harman and Rudolf Ising.
