Silent Hill Nurse Makeup

Ok, so here we go :) I used paper towel instead of toilet paper.. It has more texture and for this look, thats what ya needs. I show everything I used, and how I did it. I layered my whole face with Liquid Latex, and Paper towel until I got where I wanted this Mask to be. When I was done with the Layering, then I just bunched up some Paper Towel, and gave it even more Texture. Make sure its dry before you add your creams or shadows.
