Strange UFO over Pennsylvania. 5/28/2023

Witness description: “We were out my neighbor pointed it out. I best describe it visually as a moving hole in the sky. There’s a glow around the object and also appears almost like other objects are gravitating around it. I like to try to keep a skeptic mind as possible, but I’ve never seen anything like this before. I can say with 100% certainty it’s no bird, plane, or helicopter. Never seen a drone look anything like that either.
