Can I P-Rank Every ULTRAKILL Level and Get a Refund?

Wow this took FOREVER to Make... Can I beat all of ULTRAKILL’s Levels with a P rank from a fresh save, and then request a refund on Steam? If you don’t know steam’s refund policy says you can get your money back for any game you have less than 2 hours of playtime in. So if I P rank the entirety of ULTRAKILL within those 2 hours, can I still request that refund? THE FULL UNEDITED RUN IS HERE: Things to note: 1 - I tried to 100% ULTRAKILL and then request a refund but it’s not something I think I can do in the time limit 2 - I’m not a great speedrunner 3 - This took 50 hours to edit...
