🥔Potatoes (peeled): 700 g.
🥔Milk: 150 g.
🥔Butter: 40 g.
🥔Salt: to taste

🔪Ingredients for dough 15 pcs:
🌮Egg: 1 pc.
🌮Sour cream: 100 g.
🌮Rast. oil: 1 tbsp.
🌮Butter: 15 g.
🌮Salt: 1/2 tsp.
🌮Sugar: 1/2 tsp.
🌮Flour: 230 g.
🔪When submitting:
🧈Sour cream
🧈Butter
🔪Preparation:
🌮For the dough, combine all the ingredients and knead the dough for 5 minutes, then remove it under film for 30 minutes.
🌮Boil the potatoes, turn them into mashed potatoes, pour hot milk with butter and salt to taste. If desired, you can also add fried onions.
🌮We divide the dough into balls of 25 g and immediately place it under cling film. Sprinkle the table with flour, roll out the dough into thin flat cakes and fry in a dry hot frying pan for 15 seconds on each side. Immediately put it under a towel.
🌮Fill with puree and grease with butter. Ready! But I also like to fry them in butter, it turns out much tastier. Serve with sour cream and hot tea.
