How to Learn the MovNat Inverted Vault / Parkour Dash Vault | Natural Movement Training Tutorial

The Inverted Vault is a MovNat level 3 skill, and is also known as The Dash Vault, a type of Passement in the Parkour world. This skill is used for quickly passing over a mid-sized obstacle while approaching it from the front. It can be used to save your butt if your jump is short, and can also be used to land with a little extra precision. The inverted vault can be a way to get down from an elevated height, or can be combined with other vaults as an alternate exit. This is considered an advanced-level movement. It is demanding in mobility, core stability, body-awareness, and athleticism. It also requires good ukemi (safe-falling) to practice the more risky progressions safely.
