B) High in Omega 3 fatty acids Potent cancer fighting properties Rich in fiber May lower cholesterol May reduce blood pressure May stabilize blood sugar May help manage your weight How to make flaxseed tea - 1. Place the seeds in a blender and blend until you turn them into meal. Keep this powder in a jar with a lid in the refrigerator. 2. You will need to boil water with a cinnamon stick. The quantity depends on how much you want to make. I usually do 4 cups of water. Simply simmer it for about 15 minutes so that the water infuses. 3. Transfer the cinnamon infused water into a pitcher. Allow it to cool down until it is warm. 4. Add 1 tablespoon of the flaxseed meal per cup of cinnamon water. Stir it well. 5. Decide if you are going to sweeten the tea. If so sweeten it now. I use raw honey. Stir it well. 6. Chill it in the fridge and enjoy it for three to four days. Mix well before each serving. You can add some lemon to it when serving. 7. Stay healthy and happy my friends!
