Defender of the Crown - Dramatic Saxon War and Peaceful Winning

This is almost a Hollywood story about a long bloody civil war and bloodless victory without a final battle. The intense multi-month struggle between 3 Saxons for the strategic county of Lancashire looks very realistic, as if NPC were humans. I didn’t expect such an interesting story from this rather simple game!
