RetroSynth Lazersteel Records Proudly Presents: Bromsen - Read About It Bromsen Karlo and Richard have both – with their old band “the pampelmuse” played between 2003 -2006 in all relevant Berlin “indie-rock” venues (Postbahnhof, Knaak, Magnet, Fritz etc) and elsewhere (like the “Backstage” in Munich etc). That band split up in 2006 though, just before their (eventual) breakthrough. After that, there was a long pause and Karlo finally found his long-lost brother in spirit Richard, when walking through the deep woods of Brominga. Richard sat there with a pipe in his hand and asked Karlo “want to make some music again ?”. Karlo said “yes!” and a fantastic journey started, which has not ended yet. Karlo and Richard Bromsen have then founded their Band Bromsen in 2021. They are engineers of a sound which takes you on a journey from Beat Generation through to the 80’s and back to the future.
