My first time Tenkara Fly Fishing || My Review. (small stream trout fishing)

Tenkara Fly Fishing is arguably one of the most hated forms of fly fishing right now. I’ve gotten countless DM’s since I posted a story with a Tenkara rod last week telling me I had changed. Even my own friends had a few choice words for me when I said I bought a Tenkara rod. Which is exactly why I wanted to try it! In this video I reviewed Tenkara fly fishing after fishing with the rod for a few days and catching several brown trout and rainbow trout. I’m not saying it is the most effective technique but it is fun to use. It definitely won’t become a main part of the channel but you’ll definitely see it again. It’s funny to me how some forms of fishing get more hate than others. I remember not too many years ago everybody hated euro nymphing but now it is one of the fastest growing forms of fly fishing. I guess at the end of the day we all just want to have fun out on the water, and if you have fun using Tenkara then more power to you. Thanks for watching!
