Hey Team #everydaywarrior, DAY 4 #HYBRIDCHALLENGE - is waiting for ya! I Hope you all enjoyed resting yesterday and recharged some of your batteries so you can crush DAY 4! This workout is a 30 MIN super sweaty, no repeat session. Here’s a little advise for you: I am using 6 kg each dumbbell. Please make sure to choose your weight wisely. You should be able to do lateral raises with your weights for at least 30-45 sec (this exercise is a good guide value).
