440. Oh The Drama! Big Bloom Blowout Turned Into Mixed Media Art! /fluid art

Until I get my lighting situation sorted in my studio, the next couple of videos are filmed in my doggie pool on the floor in the corner to prevent glare so you can actually see what I’m doing LOL. This is the second video on a 20x20 Level 2 gallery wrapped canvas. I was pretty happy with the end results, but because I did 8 (!!!) paintings in this color palette, I decided to modify it by adding some dot work along the edges and the middle. I love the look on the edges; not too sure about the middle but it gave me a lot of ideas on how to do this on other types of pours--especially a dutch pour, so be on the lookout for a video on that too! I’m using a new to me pouring medium recipe too and omitting varnish altogether--check out the recipe below!
