Armed gang members storm Ecuador TV station live on air

About 20 masked men stormed the set of an Ecuadorian TV station while it was live on air, waving guns and what appeared to be explosives. President Daniel Noboa declared an internal armed conflict — a declaration of war — against 22 armed gangs.
