Approximately two weeks earlier, Scott James Hines of Hinsco limited executed what was believed to be an unlawful house eviction based on an alleged fraudulent instrument. Kent police allowed this to happen and did nothing to help the victim of this unlawful house eviction. After reviewing the documents in this video, it would be reasonable to conclude that there is something dodgy about the paperwork. Kent police should hang their heads in shame for failing to protect this vulnerable stage 4 cancer victim. No Dynamic Risk Assessment was carried out by the bailiffs, and all the bailiffs including the police are deemed complicit in the illegal and unlawful house eviction of Sheena Williams.
